The daily logs should draw employee names and hours from the certified payroll drafts. Re-entering the information is not only ridiculously time-consuming, but it leaves so much room for error. At the very least, we should be able to edit daily logs after they're submitted so that if there is a discrepancy between the log and CPR draft, you can easily fix the problem and submit the payroll register rather than making all kinds of explanatory notes and waiting on the administrator to approve.
