  2. Please allow more characters into the Awarding Agency Name.

    Sometimes the awarding body is very long and all of it is needed to be recognized when uploading to the DIR. I think we need more characters allowed in that field because the last INC. or CO. is what differentiates the awarding body for some jobs.

  4. PRISM EXPORT

    LCP needs a PRISM export option added to the other options of exports. I have attached the template here. Hundreds of cities use PRISM for compliance and it would streamline the process of payroll tremendously if you could make an export that can go into PRISM.

  6. When moving between action tabs, the project tab defaults to the first on the list ... can it default to "last project selected"?

  9. Payroll Records, Back Arrow

    This previously submitted idea under CertPlus, says 'completed' but it still does this: ...When doing an edit in Payroll Records to an employee, when you hit the back arrow it goes all the way to the main menu. It makes my work takes longer to do when working on LCPCERTIFIED.

  10. Exporting Multiple DIR XML files at once

    As we have multiple projects to submit to the DIR website, it would make it so much easier if there was a way to export the DIR XMLs in bulk and have them listed by their DIR # then having to individually click on each project to export. This would save time and would lessen the potential for user error.

  11. Multiple CPRs Report/ Redacted CPRs

    LCP Tracker has the ability to pull a report that pulls multiple CPR reports in a timeframe. It also gives you the option to automatically redact the report. This should absolutely be an available option in LCP certified to protect our employee's identities and personal information. We are having to manually redact the employees social security numbers in Adobe before sharing the reports with other contractors. See attached screenshot for the report that is in LCP Tracker.

  12. Certified Payroll Uploads

    If Certified Payroll is now required by Washington State Labor and Industries, why on earth is there not a way to upload that PDF or excel format, when that is the state required format? Having to type in everything once for L&I and AGAIN on here is just a waste of time and resources for every payroll person as a subcontractor.

  13. Upload one document to all accounts

    Monthly the Union Fringe / Checks / Proof of Payment / Letter of Good Standing is uploaded to every single project. If there was one location this would take 5 minutes vs. over an hour.

  14. In Fringe Benefit Maintenance add a tab for craft behind the EE name.

    Add the craft next to the name in Fringe Benefit Set Up. It would be a lot faster to simply go down and check anyone that is a Laborer and then add the fringe to all. Check everyone that is an Operator and add fringe to all. As it is now, I have to go down the list and check one by one and its super time consuming when you have 350 employees.

  15. Re-Activate Closed Projects

    There needs to be an option to re-activate a closed project. Sometimes projects start back up months being closed for a variety of reasons. The only way to continue a closed project is to 1) change the number on the closed project and then 2) setup an entirely new project. This is a complete waste of time!

  16. Fringe Benefit Maintenance

    LCPTracker has a Fringe Benefit Maintenance area where you can update multiple employee fringe rates whe an update is released. This is rather than having to go into each employee record to change.

  17. Marking Final Payroll

    When submitting a payroll you should have a box to check if the payroll as final, when signing the payroll. Tracker has this option, and Certified should adopt this option instead of having to go back and edit the payroll to mark it as final.

  18. Other Deduction Notes

    There should be an option to allow other deductions notes for an employee to be copied to all records for that employee for that pay period. I spend hours entering the other deduction notes for each record as we have a lot of people with deduction amounts that vary from week to week.

  19. Confidential Admin Comments and Audits - display name of Admin

    There should be a way to identify the name of the administrator who adds any comments to the Confidential Admin Comments Section when reviewing Certified Payrolls. I also would find it beneficial to identify the name or initials of the administrator who "audits" the payrolls and the date the audit was performed.

  20. Ability to enter text on the Statement of Compliance.

    Users need to have to ability to enter text in the Exceptions portion of the Statement of Compliance. The point of having this system to produce reports is the be able to produce them with the data needed in its entirety, not just some of it. There are many instances where a subcontractor needs to make notations. Please make this a thing. We don't want to have to handwrite or create new documents just to add text. Handwriting in text on these reports is unprofessional.
