Payroll Submission Tracking
Biggest hurdle we have is ensuring subcontractors are entering their payroll. Can there be a dashboard to see how far behind subcontractors are with certifying? Have this be sortable by project?

I am one of the subcontractors coming here to enter my payroll, and I have no idea how to submit my payroll. There are no instructions, only way too many videos and manuals. And I don't have hundreds of hours trying to become an expert on this website when I should be spending five minutes max here. This is the most frustrating website I've been on, for a really long time, maybe ever.
