An error occurred while saving the comment Eric Kline commentedIn NY, at least, for apprentices to be paid as apprentices, they must be working on site with journeylevel worker(s) in the same trade. If approval of the Apprentice's registration in LCPTracker included the ability to specify the Craft in which the apprenticeship is approved, then LCPTracker should be able to confirm that, for the hours reported for that apprentice, there are (or are not) similar hours reported for a journeylevel worker in the same craft.

Most companies use the same methodology when entering the payroll information for each employee. As a result, some notices (such as those relating to fringes or overtime rates) may repeat for all or many employees. When this is the case, the administrator may recognize that all of the notices could be cleared using the same comment. A bulk "Resolve" button (which would include a field to identify the notice number) could make this a one-step process instead of requiring the administrator to open each employee's record and clearing the notices one-at-a-time. Big time saving.
