Create an employee data base
Create an employee data base so when an employee is entered, we can choose that employee from the data base and their classification for multiple projects. All of their fringes, apprentice certificate information and deduction notes follow the employee on all projects.

It is possible to enter employees in One time and have them be transferred to every category ex: McGough, St. Paul, Knutson etc?
I enter an employee 5 times to get one week of pay entered in. How can we make this more efficient and not so time consuming? -

This would be super helpful!, You could also have it exportable with all the info in different excel columns. As in one for name, Last name, Address, City, Zip, Classification, whether or not they are a apprentice, their level as well, etc.

Wondering if there is an easier way to keep employees synced when you have multiple accounts to bounce back and forth on.
I tried to copy all my employees from one account to the other, thinking that the system would be smart enough to not duplicate them… but it did.So I tried to inactivate some of them because they were duplicates, but it errored on the setup of them (the SS format was a big issue) so I fixed what was wrong but then it told me that the SS was already assigned to the same person (but the duplicate record).
How do I fix this?

Why not retain employee info across projects? I have to enter info for each project?
