Copy Employees - choose which employees to copy over
When choosing option to Copy Employees, have a new screen show all employees and a check box next names of employees you wish to copy to new project instead of copying ALL employees.

It seems 3 years later, this is still an issue.
Another reason we should be able to choose employees: the copy feature also copies "inactive" employees, but those inactive employees cannot be deleted from the source account because they previously had payroll records.

I agree with the above. Instead of copying employees from "a project" it should like all of our employees. I don't remember which employees were assigned to which previous projects.
