Allow contractors to mark a project as "completed"
I think there should be a function for "completed projects". That way, when you are done with one project you can still have access to it, but not see it as a choice to avoid confusion. You should also be able to label the project names to your liking.

Please set up a function for a Contractor to Archive completed projects.

If you are closing out our projects in the project set up tab they will only show if you choose closed projects. If you are a sub, ask the adminstrator to close the project.

Project lists can get very long until administrators clear out a project due to other subcontractor's issues holding up a closeout.
Hunting for projects that are active when you have 6 or 7 (for example) in a list of 20 to 30 still showing up, is pretty exhausting when you are in the system daily doing work.

As an electrical sub-contractor, I have not direct contact with the City of Seattle (owner) of some of the projects. We have jobs that were completed in full and retention released FOUR (4) years ago that I am unable to remove from my active job list. I have sent requests to close the LCP file up to the general contractors, who cannot get someone from the City to prioritize it high enough to close the jobs. This leaves multiple old projects open on our LCP profile. As the list grows, so does the opportunity for error.

Allow customers to move jobs that have been closed to a separate folder. Listing current, past, and future jobs in the same area is confusing and is clogging the list. This entire website needs and overhaul.
