Notice / Validation for Unsupervised Apprentices
When an apprentice is not supervised there should be a notice prior to being able to certify payroll.

Taking it a step further it would be nice if you did have an unsupervised apprentice that you paid as a journeyman, it would be nice to be able to have the ability to enter multiple rates on the same employee rather than having to enter a separate entry for those hours.
