Do not allow duplicate certified payroll number
There is no way the LCP system should allow a duplicate CPR number, It is equally disappointing how cumbersome it is to correct this once the error occurs

Or better yet, LCP should automatically number the CPs for us. It is ridiculous that the user has to enter the next CP number.

LCPtracker should give a notice when a duplicate payroll number is entered within the same projcet.
