Verify Account Set Up
I have had other people set up a whole new LCP Tracker account for my company with our contact details, but it was an old email address. How can somebody else set up an account on our behalf without our knowledge? I had to figure it out by finally someone calling to tell someone about delinquent payroll and getting them to tell me the email associated with the account which they did not want to disclose to me. Please have verification to confirm the account setting up is actually wanted and needed. I already had an account under our number (they put dashes and ours is without dashes). It was a frustrating experience. And it has happened several times.
Also I do not like that anyone can just set up an account within my LCP Tracker and file jobs there. Now I have a bunch of different accounts with 0, 1, or 2 jobs in it and need to check through a bunch of accounts to certify payroll or even find a job. As a sub contractor, we have our own job number, the contractor has theirs, there are projects numbers, section numbers, etc. but no way to search that easily without manually going through all the projects spread over all the accounts.
Not to mention porting over employee databases and all the steps that comes with a new account set up, assigning the job code, verifying addresses and statuses, adding certificates. It would be much nicer to have all jobs filed in one place, or at the very least a master "project" page or a way to search all projects at a glance.
