Add a "Return to Previous Page" or an Employee Name dropdown in the Edit Uncertified Payroll Records so you don't have to go back and reselect the job and the next employee.

When reviewing/editing payroll records, you should be able to toggle to the next record without going back through all the options again.

When returning to the edit uncertified payrolls screen, stay on the project you were just working on rather than needing to search for and pull up the project every time you access a payroll record.

When editing CPRs, allow users to move to the next record or certify payroll directly within the edit menu without having to go back to the main screen.

After I copy the previous payroll I am forced to click in and out of each person. We should be able to click next and work on each employee already copied or listed to work through to save time.

Currently when I go to look Projects and select a specific project to review submitted certified reports, when I am done looking at details for one week's report I go back and I have to reselect that project. It would be easier to be able to select a specific project and work with notices, submitted reports / rejection details, etc without having to reselect that project every time I try to move around different weeks, etc.

make a way to smoothly edit each employee without having to go back every next employee to the main menue... its SO irritating!
when I'm finished with one record, a prompt should ask if I want to go to the next employee on record.
