    Have option to accept multiple eDocuments at once just like the Certified Payroll. It is ridiculous that we have to toggle back and forth between pages and takes so much time.

    Just get rid of it and use the federal form 347 U.S. Department of Labor

  4. eDocuments - Status

    When reviewing eDocuments, you should be able to click on the Status line of a Document line to Accept or Reject it. If Rejected a box for Administrator Notices should appear to enter Notes.

    This would save a huge amount of time.

  6. Create a way to seperate the final payrolls

    It would be nice to move the contractors that are complete to the bottom of this list (still in alphabetical order), or change the color of the font. Just some way to know at a glance when they are complete to save time, etc. When you have several projects this would help a great deal.

  7. Wage Analysis Report - create a drop-down menu to apply applicable wages for each project.

    Please create a drop-down menu that allows admin users to update the project with the new wage requirements. For instance, if highway wages are applicable for 2025, it should be possible to select a specific wage requirement for the project I am reviewing. This feature should be compatible with Excel format when generating a wage analysis report.

  11. LCP tracker, LCP tracker forum, and Tracker Academy all need unique login credentials? Is that intentioanllly difficult or incompetence?

  12. Be able to send Admin Notices to all parties on a project

    We need the ability to send an ADMIN notice to all subs on a particular project at once. Situations like reminding them all to submit their FINAL payroll, or a reminder that a holiday is coming and they might need to pay attention to holiday pay requirements on Wage Determination. Its so tedious slogging through individual subs. We need to be able to select All Contractors on a project. Right now, you have to select the sub, then the project. At least let us limit the list by selecting the project first!

    Employee List Report can only export one page at a time to Excel or csv. One has to click to next page, export, then repeat for as many pages. This should be a simple one click to export the entire list.

  17. Apprentice Reports

    Topic: Reports- “APPRENTICE HOURS REPORT by CONTRACTOR”

    Situation: New law in Nevada SB 82 and Labor Commissioner Harris is requesting all awarding bodies submit apprentice hours, per contractor, for all jobs worked cumulatively. Currently the report shows hours per project only.

    Proposed Solution: Within the same report’s criteria add a field that requests “CUMULATIVE” True or False, that would give totals for whatever the user selects. All the information needed is already there however very voluminous for an entire year worth of work to combine to get yearly totals.

    Ability to send an email to notify all subs assigned to a certain project of critical changes and updates such as a minimum wage increase or updated wage determination.

    I would like to select multiple projects to receive email notifications for any changes especially when CPRs are uploaded or there are violations.

  20. Add a Pending option under Accept Status, used in conjunction with Process Status, which does not generate an email to the contractor.
