Confidential Admin Comments and Audits - display name of Admin
There should be a way to identify the name of the administrator who adds any comments to the Confidential Admin Comments Section when reviewing Certified Payrolls. I also would find it beneficial to identify the name or initials of the administrator who "audits" the payrolls and the date the audit was performed.

Project Tab
It would be nice for the Project tab to just have a drop down of projects, then whichever one you click on, you can see what payrolls have been submitted. This is how Tracker is laid out and I think it's easier to refer/export reports from specific jobs and payrolls. Certified is laid out with things in so many different locations it's hard to keep track or find certain things.

Extract data from scanned PDF copies when uploading payroll
Allow PDF certified payroll uploads, the system does not accept this format but when uploading a scanned copy there needs to be a PDF format

Can we get a report that shows total hours for each classification of work performed?
At the end of the project we have to send a final report (Affidavit) of hours for each job classification. If LCP tracker had a report we could generate from the certified payroll reports that we could upload electronically to LNI it would save lots of time.

Be able to delete duplicates in the Notice Tab
When there is a duplicate employee on a job you should have the ability to delete it under the notice tab.

Employee Data Export for Upload to LCPtracker
It would be very handy to have a way to export the employee data from LCPcertified so that it can be uploaded to LCPtracker and vice versa. Rather than having to re-enter data on each side, it would be great to be able to pull one or more employee records to upload into the opposite system.

Make it easier to manage employees. Don't allow duplicates when copying from one job to another.
Don't allow duplicate employees when copying from one account to another. Be able to pull reports to see whos inactive and active. Manage employees under user account versus projects and have to only update once versus in every account.

PRISM EXPORT
LCP needs a PRISM export option added to the other options of exports. I have attached the template here. Hundreds of cities use PRISM for compliance and it would streamline the process of payroll tremendously if you could make an export that can go into PRISM.

Certified Payroll Uploads
If Certified Payroll is now required by Washington State Labor and Industries, why on earth is there not a way to upload that PDF or excel format, when that is the state required format? Having to type in everything once for L&I and AGAIN on here is just a waste of time and resources for every payroll person as a subcontractor.

Allow different cash in lieu rates for straight time, over time and double time on the same payroll
Currently we have to average our cash in lieu amount if an employee works over time or double time which commonly kicks an error message out that has to be overided. Because there is a different amount of fringe owed for each status we should be able to enter the correct amount without having to average the fringe or split the payroll.

Have a way to enter non performing weeks when there has been no work performed.
LCP Certified Professional automatically does the non performing weeks between work being done, but wont let you print out non-performing weeks on your own like in the regular LCP tracker.

Ability to export CPR for e-Comply
We have a few agencies that are now requiring us to use e-Comply. It would be helpful to have the ability to have a file export from LCPcertified to e-Comply to meet the labor compliance requirements.

Include closed projects in all searches on every tab
For Payroll Records, Notices, and Certification tabs, it would be nice to have the closed projects displayed in the search field. The Projects tab has the checkbox for "Include Closed Projects". That should be an option on the other tabs as well.

Fix Projects Sort Function
The sort function for column "Group" does not work on the Projects screen. Sort works on the other columns.

When moving between action tabs, the project tab defaults to the first on the list ... can it default to "last project selected"?
When moving from Enter Payroll Records, Notices and Certification, default the project selection from the last tab.

Excel export to include all data fields for each project, to easily ensure all Project data is current and accurate

Payroll Records, Back Arrow
This previously submitted idea under CertPlus, says 'completed' but it still does this: ...When doing an edit in Payroll Records to an employee, when you hit the back arrow it goes all the way to the main menu. It makes my work takes longer to do when working on LCPCERTIFIED.
