    Another idea would be to add a pop screen notification that you are about to timeout, kind of like how banks do it. Sometimes all it takes is just reloading your page to "stay active".

    If the system needs to timeout so quickly for legitimate security reasons, can it please at least loop back to the main login screen instead of an error screen? Thank you

  5. Add a Pending option under Accept Status, used in conjunction with Process Status, which does not generate an email to the contractor.
