   When editing uncertified records, make more options then just select and delete entire records. Make it easier to change the week ending date, check date and the job. For example: If I enter records for employees for a contract with ABC10 and then realize the records should be for ABC15, "select all uncertified records" change from the dropdown menu to a different job.
