    Why not create a function under the employee setup that allows multiple defaults based on craft for fringe benefit rates. You could have an add craft button that would populate a drop down to select craft then be able to enter the default fringe rates. Then when you are in the screen for Employee Payroll Record have an option to select the default you want to populate to get the calculations button to work for multiple crafts and not just one.
