Ability to create another set of fringe rates for each classification in employee profile
creating more than one craft under EE profile- this helps for workers that worked on 2 different jobs such as abatement and demo which their fringes are different from each other , this will save a lot of time. Currently I post their 2nd job fringes manually in dollar amount in cpr which takes time and figuring, it should have its default rates too to show automatically thats created in their EE profile as their 2nd line of fringes rates...

Add an area to enter Fringe packages by work classification per project. This would eliminate the need to enter fringe rates in each employee.

Being able to add specific fringe benefits for each classification. For instance, I have employees are working both regular and lead on the same job. Each classification has different fringe benefits. Would be great in "Fringe Benefits Set Up" to have the chance to upload fringe benefits for each classification so I do not have to manually enter Lead Fringe Benefits for each employee.

Allow for more than 1 classification for an employee so the defualt rates can auto populate.

Why not create a function under the employee setup that allows multiple defaults based on craft for fringe benefit rates. You could have an add craft button that would populate a drop down to select craft then be able to enter the default fringe rates. Then when you are in the screen for Employee Payroll Record have an option to select the default you want to populate to get the calculations button to work for multiple crafts and not just one.
