    This is absolutely needed - example, subcontractors cannot certify their certified payroll until apprentices are approved. We obviously utilize eDocuments in LCPtracker for them to upload proof of apprentice registration. With no notification, documents sit there for days. Currently, I have to individually check each project for new documents - this has to be done at least twice a day to avoid missing new submissions for too long.
