We already have to wait for apprentices to be approved which holds up payroll and now on some accounts we also have to wait for payrolls to be approved before we can get the XML file to upload to the state...this puts a major hold up on weekly payrolls for subcontractors. This feature is really not necessary since we are not required to use the LCP tracker XML file anyways...we can use our own file or upload manually to the DIR. We have chosen to pay extra for a separate service to create our own since this feature makes LCP not a viable option for us anymore.
