eDocuments - search feature and increase number of items per page
Please provide a search feature on the view documents section. Also, please increase the number of items per page to reduce the number of pages to click.

Multiple cpr report errors
Running reports especially the multiple cpr report has become difficult as projects grow. The site timeouts constantly.

Filter by DATE SUBMITTED in Certifications tab
From "Certifications" tab, filter payroll by DATE SUBMITTED. This way there will be no gaps in reporting. If the last time I pull reports is on EOD Friday, January 1, 2021, today, January 8, 2021, I want to pull newly submitted reports dated from EOD January 1, 2021 to today. Running reports be WE date does not help when needing to run reports that I do not already have. It also has potential to cause a gap in reporting considering all subs do not submit on the same WE day AND sometimes subs submit reports out of order. This has…

Employee work history
To be able to search a specific employee work history, hours, trades worked, etc. Just like the workforce report but for individual employees

Adding a search bar
There should be a search bar at the top. Rather than clicking through a bunch of tabs and drop downs, the search bar could be used to find reports or other features faster.

Contractor Contact Info (Email Address/Phone Number) on CPR Certification Status Details Page
It would be nice to have the contractor email address / phone number populate on the 'CPR Certification Status Details' page so I don't have to click into the CPR PDF to get their contact information.

Add field that populates existing week end dates when uploading eDocument
When uploading a file, if week-ending date does not match the week-ending date selected, a notice or something should be alerted.

Have a project manager name field for the project
Wish I could utilize the reports section and export based on data tied to a specific project manager. Many of the reports we can filter by project name, or even contractor name, but when we have hundreds of projects, it would be nice to filter on PM name to show them data on their particular projects.

Report before posting CPR
When adding several weeks of CP it would be nice if we had a report that listed everything I just put in. It would make it much easier when your putting in multiple employees to verify before you basically post your labor. If that report is on here, I haven't found it. The report needs to allow several weeks or months of entries. Too much time wasted running a week or two.

update multiple payroll number at once
some subs may miss a payroll number without knowing and continue to submit many many reports following. Instead of updating payroll number manually one by one, allow for updates to multiple at a time

total hours work daily at the bottom of each CPR
Total the daily hours worked as the bottom of the CPR. EMARS has this function and it helps when comparing to the daily reports.

Contractor look up
witht he old set-up we were able to select a contractor and see all project assignments but it appears that the new set-up requires a project selection

Include the Payroll Number on the Edit Certified Payrolls screen
Include the CP number on the main screen so if there are corrections that need to be made we can pull it up by the number instead of shifting through weeks

Prime Approver listed in project information
Rather than having to run a report to see who the Prime Approver for a specific project is, having that information readily available within the project would be helpful.

Change sorting order of certified payrolls
When viewing unapproved CPRs, you can sort by contractor, but when you do that, they don't appear in order by date. If you have a contractor who submits numerous CPRs that need approval, all of that contractor's CPRs should be displayed in order of the week-ending date. Instead they appear in somewhat random order within the contractor's CPRs.

Employee ID included in Entry Screen - Multiple Employees with Same Name
It would be helpful if the employee ID was shown on entry screen AND on the drop list of employees when searching. There are always instances when multple employees have the same name and there is no way to tell which one you are choosing. However, if an employee ID is entered that would be an identifier to ensure you are selecting the correct employee.

Allow Subcontractors VIEW ONLY access to Tier 2 Subcontractors
When we are a subcontractor on the project, and hire Tier 2 subcontractors to work for us, we are unable to view their payrolls to make sure they've entered them. Permitting VIEW ONLY access would ensure all payrolls are entered and complete. Right now, we are completely in the dark if our subcontractors are compliant unless we hear from the Prime. This especially pertains to trucking.

Subcontractor/Contractor "Send Reminder" button
I think adding a "Send Reminder" button could be added if a payroll is late for a Contractor/Subcontractor. If payrolls are late, we could click the "Send Reminder" button and a prompt box with all of that Contract's contact info (email addresses) per contractor/sub would open for us to choose who to send this reminder to.
