  1. Inactive Employees should not be visible on the add/edit dropdown list

    When an employee's status is changed to inactive, that employee should not be visible on the add/edit drop down list. This is a basic programming function where a filter can be placed to only show active employees on the drop down. It is so frustrating having to look through a list of former employees when those names can be removed from the view.

  2. Freezing

    LCP keeps freezing saying "working" after clicking on calculate fringes. Also, it takes more than one time to click save, which is something that shouldn't take more than one time or take time to think about it as it has been.

  3. second or third shift premiums

    There doesn't appear to be any way to change rate for a particular day for shift premium. This results in incorrect calculations.

  4. Option for multiple counties near where hours are entered.

    Option to change the county for different days, under each date/day put a dropdown for the county. Upload won't work when there is more than 1 county in a week or day and then it all has to be entered manually.

  5. Adding classifications to jobs

    You need to let the contractors add the classifications. It's just too much work for the adminstrators to keep up with task. Also, when asked to be proactive they are against it. This in turn, slows down reporting in a timely manner.

  6. mind numbing repetition

    If i edit an employee and want to edit the next i have to go all the way back to the beginning and drill down several layers to choose the next employee. this is hands down the least user friendly thing i have ever used. Mind numbing repetition, over and over again.

  7. Rerun Notices

    If we import a set of data, and an employee fails due to address or SSN issues in the employee record, every single pay record has to be opened up for the employee and resaved. Since we have 2-3 different wage types per employee, that could mean 20 records per employee per month. It would be nice if there was a "Rerun validation" button that would look at all employee records with notices and revaluate if they have been fixed and clear the fixed ones.

  8. Auto-clear Notices after Apprentice Approval by Admin

    Situation: Apprentice Approval Needed notices have to be cleared manually in every payroll record.

    Proposed solution: When Apprentice Approvals are made by Admin, automatically clear the related Notices in pending payroll records so that we don't need to go back into each and every record to clear the notice.

  11. DAS 140 and DAS 142 form generation within LCPtracker Pro

    Once a contractor has been assigned to a project, they can enter the needed information and generate the DAS 140 and 142 forms within LCPtracker to both be compliant for the project and generate reportable data for the project owner about who has not submitted the forms, what trades were included, locations, and more. Right now the simple image requires human interaction and does not generate any of the data the state of CA or many agencies want for trades and locations.

  12. How can this be better for small businesses?

    As a smaller subcontracting business LCP tracker is not simple and takes way more time than desired to fill out every detail per project. Has anyone discussed how LNI for washington is designed? LNI is much easier much smoother and less of a headache to figure out and understand.

    Once we think we have a solid understanding for LCP tracker we get into entering info for another project then there becomes weird new entries that are needed to be entered.

    As a small business this is something that we need to be a smoother process. it feels like rocket science…

  16. Give contractors their own CPR Notices Report

    Give Contractor access to the CPR Notices Report that Administrators have, but only let them run the report for themselves (not other contractors). Managing notices is extremely tedious because it does not show contractors the actual issue on the notice listing screen. Contractors have to click into each person individually. When contractors have multiple pages worth of notices and almost all of them are a warning from a validation setting that can be ignored, this is very time consuming.   17. Automated 1444 Form

    Automate a 1444 form based on the project to autofill the form, the Subcontractor and/or prime will print, Sign and send onto the appropriate person ALL While the requested wage/fringe are now available to use in LCP Tracker. Once if it is or is not approved the appropriate entity can push a button and make the code valid.

    Remove the requirement for Employee ID. Not all subcontractors use an Employee ID and when setting up their employees, this is a requirement. It's unnecessary. Thanks!

  19. Please add limited access capability for additional users. Not all users need full access or the ability to view pay rates.

    For each tab or section within a tab it would be good to have an access check off box.
    This way we could limit the levels of use an employee has. Not all employees are given
    access to pay rates and this would be a way to limit their view of such rates.
