Email notification sent to the Administrator when a contractor uploads an eDocument
When contractors upload an apprenticeship certification for review, I am not aware unless they contact me by phone or email. Or, I have to check the eDocuments daily.
It would be ideal if a notification could be generated upon a contractor's uploading of any eDocuments.

Love this idea. My subs think I get alerts and I don't. Docs are sitting there for days until they let me know. I've had to make it a habit to inform everyone sub I work with to notify me via email (most still do not). It would be great for an automated email to be sent each time someone uploads something.

Generate an email - sent to project ADMIN and the vendor confirming the upload of the certificate. Which informs both the admin and tells the vendor the upload was satisfactory and to expect follow-up and approval from the admin in 48 hours.

I agree. Under the Certification tab, could the subcontractors name be highlighted or changed under the project that the document was uploaded to? So as we are approving reports, we can see that a document was also uploaded.
Maybe have it as an admin notice when you first login. -

This would be a great idea if I, as an admin, receive an email from LCP Tracker that an apprenticeship has been uploaded rather than the sub notifying every time or having to check the edocs often.

Send email notifications when subs upload new documents and payrolls.
