What is the deal with constantly having to sign back in? I have lagged out 5x already. I will be in the middle of reviewing a document, go back to accept it and it lags me out. It isn't a timeout issue; it is a glitch in the system. When is this going to be fixed?

When active and working on documents it will LCP Tracker will timeout and require logging in again and data entered and not saved is lost. Our success leaders indicated this is a known issue and have experienced this as well. We are asking to have this moved up in priority for a resolution

Another idea would be to add a pop screen notification that you are about to timeout, kind of like how banks do it. Sometimes all it takes is just reloading your page to "stay active".

If the system needs to timeout so quickly for legitimate security reasons, can it please at least loop back to the main login screen instead of an error screen? Thank you

It would be immensely helpful if we could stay signed in to LCPtracker for more than a few minutes of inactivity. I have to jump in and out all day to check data, make assignments, help a subcontractor, etc. and it's quite a hassle to have to log in again every time, but if the program is inactive for more than just a few minutes, it signs you out. I would love to be able to leave the program up all day. This is especially true since it takes so many buttons to sign in every time.

I know this has been said numerous times, but PLEASE extend the time period between log outs. I feel like it's only 10 minutes (?) and that's just too short. Even 20 minutes would be great, ideally 30 minutes. I'm in my third year using this system and nothing has been done to fix this. It's frustrating. Please please help :-)

I agree 100%. That slows down productivity. Keep us logged in all day if necessary.

I can’t tell you how frustrated I am with the LCP Tracker program, especially today.
I have been using it for years and the same things are still bugging me that bugged me when I started.

Why do I get logged out so quickly?
Anyone entering the information knows how to keep confidential information, confidential.
I have other programs that I use daily that don’t log me out ever!
I even get logged out while I am actively using the program!

I have had to re-enter work numerous times due to being logged out by the system. It is beyond frustrating. I will log out when I am done.

In addition, LCP needs to let you know that you have been logged out. I have stepped away and then come back only to continue entering information only to hit save and it take me to the log in screen. Very frustrating!! EVERY OTHER PROGRAM I work in tells you when you are going to be logged out!

Please extend the time out time

Can you please change the auto log out so that we can customize it for our company's needs? I have lost many entries as I get interrupted often and then have to start over. Not very productive to have to keep logging back in and re-doing your work...Thank you for any consideration!

There is nothing more infuriating to enter tons of data, then try to save it, only to find out you've been logged out. Then it has to be done all over again. I am sure I am not unique when I say I wear multiple hats in my company, and am frequently interrupted when entering this data. It seems so basic and dumb that this isn't already a feature.
