Quality of life updates for the Multiple CPR Reports
Couple of ideas:
-have the option for both the Non-preforming and Preforming CPRs to be in one PDF and in order by weekending date.
-have the option to have the CPRS already sorted a certain way.
- ie: Oldest to newest and/or newest to oldest in regards to Weekending dates
- Also be able to export multiple CPRs from the same project with different contractors.2 votes -

Email notification to admins when CPRs are submitted
Provide a daily email notification to engineering staff on projects of payrolls that have been submitted by the contractor but have not been approved yet. This reminder would help engineering staff know when new payrolls are available or payrolls still need to be approved.

eDocuments: Allow all documents to load on one page
Do not limit columns in the EDocuments section. I rather view all documents in a category on one page, than have to scroll multiple pages.

Hide Expired Documents
In the eDocuments tab, we (GC) ask that our subs submit Fringe Benefit Statements for each classification they are using. These documents expire after a period of time. I do not want to delete them from eDocuments, but I'd like an option to hide expired documents and just view the ones that are current. This "hide" option would be great for any documents within this tab, such as Apprentice Certifications that expire after a few months. It would filter out what is no longer active and make it easier to find ones that are. Keeping them hidden instead of deleting…

Automatically calculate Gross employee pay "This Project"
Gross employee pay "this Project" should be automatically calculated with a formula between rate and hours worked. Seems like a simple excell function that would prevent me from having to do the calculation on my adding machine or refer back to paycheck which can be cumbersome when employee on several jobs.

Easier navigation between screens (BACK BUTTON)
After I view or approve documents, I have to re-enter all the search criteria to get back to the page with all of the documents. I have tried to hit the Browser's back button, and I have tried to hit the "Documents" Tab. I end up at the main Documents page & I have to re-search for the project/etc...
Either let the back button work, or just open a new tab when you select the actual document to edit

Add/Edit Project Wage Data - Allow Changes to Multiple Classifications
When I am using Add/Edit Project wage data, I have to go in and individually change each classification's effective and expiration date. This is very tedious on projects with a lot of classifications assigned. We have to edit these dates when we set the project up and every year for the wage annivesaries. It would be nice to be able to change effective and expiration dates all at once, rather than classification by classification. I see there are already fields for effective/expiration dates for each wage determination, but each individual project has different effective / expiration dates assigned and I…

Certified Payroll submissions should always populate most recent first
Anytime you load certified payroll submissions, the most recent week end date submitted should populate at the top of the list. Currently, the oldest date submitted is populating at the top of the list.

Contractor Assignment Pages only load 10 at a time
his is time consuming and can't see all subs at once. At least be able to select view 20 a page, but 200 a page is better - when viewing subs in contractor assignment and in certifications when viewing "not yet accepted" - 10/page is an increased administrative burden that can be fixed easily from a development standpoint.

Change color of Sub when complete
Being able to change the color or make a box that gets checked on the home screen. So when the sub is complete and you don't need anything further you can change the color or check the box so you don't have to go through all the records to find their final payroll.
