Other Deduction Notes Suggestion
I noticed that the notes transfer over now between records for the same employee. However, it would be nice if Other Deduction Notes could do the same as far as transferring over for the same employee as that is the section that I have to copy and paste time and time again.

Please create a template to add or update multiple employees at once instead of having to go through each one by one. It's SO time consuming!

Attach the EAD to the employee and not to the job
It would be much easier and we wouldn't have to ask with each new job if the EAD was attached to the employee and not to the job.

Wage Analysis Report - Create a subsection at the top that shows the applicable wages for each project.
Please add a section at the top of the Excel report that lists the wage requirements for the project under the heading "Reasonable Wages." For example, if highway wages are applicable for 2025, there should be a way to view the specific wage requirements for the project I am reviewing. This feature must be compatible with the Excel format when generating a wage analysis report.

mind numbing repetition
If i edit an employee and want to edit the next i have to go all the way back to the beginning and drill down several layers to choose the next employee. this is hands down the least user friendly thing i have ever used. Mind numbing repetition, over and over again.

Have a searchable "how to" section instead of the videos

Option for multiple counties near where hours are entered.
Option to change the county for different days, under each date/day put a dropdown for the county. Upload won't work when there is more than 1 county in a week or day and then it all has to be entered manually.

LCP tracker, LCP tracker forum, and Tracker Academy all need unique login credentials? Is that intentioanllly difficult or incompetence?

Be able to send Admin Notices to all parties on a project
We need the ability to send an ADMIN notice to all subs on a particular project at once. Situations like reminding them all to submit their FINAL payroll, or a reminder that a holiday is coming and they might need to pay attention to holiday pay requirements on Wage Determination. Its so tedious slogging through individual subs. We need to be able to select All Contractors on a project. Right now, you have to select the sub, then the project. At least let us limit the list by selecting the project first!

Employee List Report can only export one page at a time to Excel or csv. One has to click to next page, export, then repeat for as many pages. This should be a simple one click to export the entire list.

second or third shift premiums
There doesn't appear to be any way to change rate for a particular day for shift premium. This results in incorrect calculations.

Adding classifications to jobs
You need to let the contractors add the classifications. It's just too much work for the adminstrators to keep up with task. Also, when asked to be proactive they are against it. This in turn, slows down reporting in a timely manner.

Apprentice Reports
Topic: Reports- “APPRENTICE HOURS REPORT by CONTRACTOR”
Situation: New law in Nevada SB 82 and Labor Commissioner Harris is requesting all awarding bodies submit apprentice hours, per contractor, for all jobs worked cumulatively. Currently the report shows hours per project only.
Proposed Solution: Within the same report’s criteria add a field that requests “CUMULATIVE” True or False, that would give totals for whatever the user selects. All the information needed is already there however very voluminous for an entire year worth of work to combine to get yearly totals.

Certify multiple weeks
Be able to certify multiple weeks at time. This is an option for non-performing weeks and would like it also for performing weeks.

Auto-clear Notices after Apprentice Approval by Admin
Situation: Apprentice Approval Needed notices have to be cleared manually in every payroll record.
Proposed solution: When Apprentice Approvals are made by Admin, automatically clear the related Notices in pending payroll records so that we don't need to go back into each and every record to clear the notice.

Mass notification
Ability to send an email to notify all subs assigned to a certain project of critical changes and updates such as a minimum wage increase or updated wage determination.
