Public Body should populate automatically when certifying Non-Performance Reports
In Nevada, some of the databases have converted to the Nevada State Labor Commissioner form. When certifying, the system does not automatically generate the public body when certifying the report. We have to manually enter the Public Body each time when certifying. Before the new format was implemented, we did not have to enter the Public Body.

Contractors able to edit and delete eDocuments
It would be great to have the ability to delete an uploaded eDocument when it is incorrect for any reason.

LCP Tracker Replies
The replies from Contractors to the Administrator due to rejection should go to the Project Contact that is entered in the Project Set-up NOT go to the e-mail address of the user that is signed in.

eDocument Feature Expansion for Administrators
I would like to have a "Pending" option rather than just "Accept" & "Reject" and have the process status drop down menu next to the document like on the Certifications page rather than having to enter into separate screen.

A button on the Pending Assignments that would prompt for data to come over from B2GNow.
Our system uses both LCPTracker and B2GNow, and we set up contracts and their contractors/subcontractors in B2GNow, which sends the relevant info over to LCPtracker. In most cases, and without apparent regard to how quickly we complete the approval process in LCPtracker, the companies do not appear on the Pending Assignments page until we go to "Add/Edit Contractors" and click on "Show Pending List," which nudges LCPTracker to check for incoming data. If a button that performed the same nudge was placed on the Pending Assignments page, this would simplify the process (and reduce the number of pages that need…

Employee Notices
Allow notices to be fixed while you still have that employees record open. It makes no sense that it shows you have notices, but then have to move on to the next employee and fix them later.

Remove Fringe Benefit Input Under Employee Set-up
Administrators have more payroll errors when the fringe benefits are set up under the worker rather than using the fringe benefit maintenance feature; this is due to increases and missed workers with the increase. Removing the ability to set up the fringes under employee set up will require contractors to either manually enter each contribution while creating a record or use the fringe benefit maintenance feature.

Allow contractors to mark a project as "completed"
I think there should be a function for "completed projects". That way, when you are done with one project you can still have access to it, but not see it as a choice to avoid confusion. You should also be able to label the project names to your liking.

Notice for Other Deduction Notes when there are no other deductions
When a deduction note is entered in the master file, but there is a week that deduction is not deducted, LCPtracker should create a notice so that the Deduction note can be removed from the actual record. Right now, the default note from the employee master populates even when there are no "other" deductions.

Remove a notice when corrected
When one corrects a notice, enable the notice to disappear, vs. having to go in and click on each notice. Example, if notice says address needs to be validated, or phone number entered, once I make those changes in the Employee Set Up, the notice should clear. I should not have to go back to the notice screen, and click on the notice, click save, in order to clear. The system should be fluid enough to know I made the correction.

Search a subcontractor by license number
I noticed I can only search for a subcontractor by their name. Can you add a feature that allows search by their contractor license number, email and/or phone number?

Allow multiple sessions
Please allow multiple sessions to be open simultaneously (one for daily reporting and one to audit certified payrolls & eDocuments).

Email notification sent to the Administrator when a contractor uploads an eDocument
When contractors upload an apprenticeship certification for review, I am not aware unless they contact me by phone or email. Or, I have to check the eDocuments daily.
It would be ideal if a notification could be generated upon a contractor's uploading of any eDocuments.

The Administrator needs an option to have email alerts when he/she has payroll that needs to be approved. Currently theirs no option to notify the Administrator that he/she has payroll to approve/reject. This feature can be one that the Administrator can turn on or off. I think this should be a feature for both the Admin and Prime Approver.
