  2. Create an employee data base

    Create an employee data base so when an employee is entered, we can choose that employee from the data base and their classification for multiple projects. All of their fringes, apprentice certificate information and deduction notes follow the employee on all projects.

  5. Main Data Base for Employees and Updating Wages/Fringes by Classification

    The ability to update Union wage and fringes by classification rather than employee by employee, with override for over scale on wages and dues (sheet metal apprentice dues rates affected by over scale).

    Ability to have an employee data base that can be used on all assignments rather than having to add the same employee to multiple jobs.

    On large jobs or running multiple jobs, it takes so much time and effort to enter the information over and over and over, and hoping there is no data entry error.

  6. Approve/Reject Apprentices per Project

    we are having problems tracking apprentices. when a contractor is approved for an apprentice at one project, contractor is approve to submit certified payroll for all the project they work on. Can you add feature that every time they have an apprentice is approve for all projects contractors are working on? as right now we can only track an apprentice for the project the apprentice was approve for. but contractors can continue to submit payroll for other project with same approval.

  7. Classifications are not in order

    On the Carpenter trade, the options to select are all mixed up and in no particular order, making it really difficult to fins the correct trade, especially apprentice before or after 7/1/2018. If they were in order, it would be much easier.

    LCPtracker should know which Union Status Letter or Trust Fund Report is due for each month based on craft performed and should flag which one is needed/missing.

  11. Accounts/databases that have no active projects

    When finished with a project we should be able to make it inactive so it's easier to see what projects we are still reporting to and which ones we aren't. We wouldn't have to sort through 10+ projects to choose the right one.

    Having a button or section with current prevailing wage breakdown. Hourly rate, plus fringe benefit breakdown per the DIR for easy access.

  13. option in Employee setup to pre-check the "Some or all fringe paid to employee" checkbox

    Include the option in Employee setup to pre-check the "Some or all fringe paid to employee" checkbox for each employee. As employees do not have default fringe amounts paid to a fund, it cannot be selected in fringe maintenance & needs to be an option in employee setup.
    It is incredibly time consuming and annoying to have to check the box in each employee record for each project, each week; even when there are no notices requiring attention. There is no indication on the employee list for a project as to whether the box has been checked & therefore all…

    ON NOTICES - PLEASE HI-LITE THE FIELD IN QUESTION - NOT EASY TO FIND !!!

  16. Drag and drop eDocuments

    Enable a drag and drop feature for document upload, instead of clicking choose your file. I believe this is a quicker option.

    Also, if you are uploading multiple docs have the header info stay same, instead of selecting the project, company etc.

  18. Require sub approval before admin deletes their payroll

    An administrator or contractor should not be able to arbitrarily delete a lower tier's payroll without the permission of the lower tier. If this is done in error there is no recourse and the lower tier has no other option than re-entering the data.

  20. Formula in certain fields

    Be able to enter a formula in certain fields. For example, on the Payroll Records – Enter Records screen, be able to enter 1.5 * $xx.xx/hr, where $xx.xx/hr is the individual rate of pay per hour. Another example would also be on the Payroll Records – Enter Records screen. In the Local Taxes/SDI field, enter X + Y + Z, where X, Y, and Z are different local taxes that represent the total Local Taxes/SDI.
