Fix the WA L&I XML Files
The LCP Tracker XML files do not work as intended with WA L&I xml upload. The apprentice information in LCP does flow to WA L&I even though it is part of the XML file. You should work with them to identify why your fields don't talk to each other. Also, LCP xml files don't always have the L&I trade code included. I have to manually edit the XML to add it in but not on all projects, only some. Why doesn't your xml writing program only work on some jobs?

Allow uploaded CPR data update the employee profile
We work on several different projects at a time and it is so cumbersome to try and update employee information every time someone moves, or changes their phone number. It would be great if the employee profiles could be updated with any new and/or changed employee information on the CPR. The CPR has all their info, but why can't it tie to their employee record? This would save so much manual labor and tracking on users.

Allow for scheduled reporting by project
I have to pull multiple reports every week for several projects. It would be great if we could customize reports to auto populate weekly based on criteria we set up by project.

Need ability to filter/toggle between contracts that you are active on vs contracts you have already submitted final payroll
There needs to be a way to personalize our view as the contractor: Need a way to toggle between or only view contracts we are actively reporting weekly payroll on; versus contracts we have already submitted final payrolls on (but are yet to be closed out by the administrator/county.)
We have 27 matched contracts open, but I only need to submit payrolls for 12 actively. Would be so nice to not have to nitpick through which is which each and every time. It is beyond frustrating to say the least .

Other Deduction Notes Suggestion
I noticed that the notes transfer over now between records for the same employee. However, it would be nice if Other Deduction Notes could do the same as far as transferring over for the same employee as that is the section that I have to copy and paste time and time again.

create an import template to add several employees at once
Please create a template to add or update multiple employees at once instead of having to go through each one by one. It's SO time consuming!

eDocuments - Status
When reviewing eDocuments, you should be able to click on the Status line of a Document line to Accept or Reject it. If Rejected a box for Administrator Notices should appear to enter Notes.
This would save a huge amount of time.

Be able to send Admin Notices to all parties on a project
We need the ability to send an ADMIN notice to all subs on a particular project at once. Situations like reminding them all to submit their FINAL payroll, or a reminder that a holiday is coming and they might need to pay attention to holiday pay requirements on Wage Determination. Its so tedious slogging through individual subs. We need to be able to select All Contractors on a project. Right now, you have to select the sub, then the project. At least let us limit the list by selecting the project first!

Employee management / edit. Be able to pull a report so you can see all employee info vs. one by one;
Make it easier to manage employees under user main account vs. individual projects/account. Be able to pull reports to see which employees are active or inactive. When copying employees don't allow duplicates.

Attach the EAD to the employee and not to the job
It would be much easier and we wouldn't have to ask with each new job if the EAD was attached to the employee and not to the job.

Employee List Report can only export one page at a time to Excel or csv. One has to click to next page, export, then repeat for as many pages. This should be a simple one click to export the entire list.

Apprentice Reports
Topic: Reports- “APPRENTICE HOURS REPORT by CONTRACTOR”
Situation: New law in Nevada SB 82 and Labor Commissioner Harris is requesting all awarding bodies submit apprentice hours, per contractor, for all jobs worked cumulatively. Currently the report shows hours per project only.
Proposed Solution: Within the same report’s criteria add a field that requests “CUMULATIVE” True or False, that would give totals for whatever the user selects. All the information needed is already there however very voluminous for an entire year worth of work to combine to get yearly totals.

Fix Reports Error Zip list for Utilization Report not Dropping down
Resolve this error to accurately track apprentice goals, allowing for prompt action if needed to meet targets and ensure more successful project outcomes.

Option for multiple counties near where hours are entered.
Option to change the county for different days, under each date/day put a dropdown for the county. Upload won't work when there is more than 1 county in a week or day and then it all has to be entered manually.
