SSN verification

Fix the bug in Certified Payroll Reports
When I go into Reports/Certified Payroll Report to look at our tiers' reports I see this all too often.

I've tried Control/Shift/Delete to clear cookies and cache as recommended by LCP Tracker Support but most of the time it doesn't work. I log out, log back in (after waiting for a verification code again!) and I still see that instead of our tiers' reports.

Add additional columns on Payroll Notice tab
Add additional columns on the Payroll Notice tab. Add a column that shows "Warnings" and Column that shows "Notices".
I always have pages of errors because LCP Tracker insists on validating every employees address, every week single week, which is unnecessary. And if there was a way to see which one was just a Warning rather than a Notice this would help avoid having to view pages and pages of employees to find the Notice.1 vote -

Add a row for time off pay
Add a row under the double time row for paid time off. As it is now we have to manually take out the paid time off hours and adjust everything affected by removing those hours. It's very time consuming, especially during the holidays. If a row for paid time off was below the double time row we could add those hours then LCP Tracker would actually match the company's certified payroll reports.

Edocuments should be saved specifically to contractor not project.
Edocments should be saved specifically to the contractor rather than project. Majority of documents can be used across all projects. This would prevent duplicate documents and ensure the contractor only has to submit some documents once. Looking for documents in Edocuments is frustrating and time consuming because the same document is uploaded multiple times. I have a contractor that has over 2000 documents saved in Edocuments.

Bulk Upload of Classifications
Bulk uploads of data tables such as Project Wage Data, Classifications and codes should be supported by default by uploading accepted file types with data in the correct order to be imported to the appropriate fields. It is insane that LCPTracker does not support bulk uploads of text information and requires administrators to enter data one text field at a time, per one item at a time.

Allow Contract Admins to change how many decimal places it can enter in the time worked fields to accommodate its timekeeping systems, so that the auto calculation in LCPTracker does not force an incorrect Gross Wages Earned on This Project entry to allow certification. Having the employee id show selecting employee for entering records so we can differientate between employees with the same first and last name.

Add additional options in the certifications area.
Along with "accept all" there should be a drop down that has "permit edit all, reject all, resubmit all, reviewed all, submit all".

There are a lot of recommendations for specific filter options. I say, allow each option on the certifications page to have its own filter. We all have various needs, make it easier on us all by allowing us to filter to what WE need and use. Add a filter for each column.

Identify relevant projects in Warning text in Violation tab.
In the violations tab, when the Warning autogenerates for employees who worked more than 8 hours, include the project numbers for both projects involved in the warning message.
Re: Any hours worked over 8.0000 hours in one day need to be paid at Overtime. The Regular Time hours entered for Employee Name is over 8.0000 hours in one day. VAL_11b.
Correction Tip: This Validation checks across multiple pay records for one employee so please make sure all Regular Time hours are entered properly or that you do not have duplicate employee records open1 vote -
Split the FICA on imported from Quantum
After I import from Quantum, I have to go into each time card and split out the FICA (Social Security and Medicare) which is somehow combined in transport into LCP Tracker.

Wage Analysis Report - Create a subsection at the top that shows the applicable wages for each project.
Please add a section at the top of the Excel report that lists the wage requirements for the project under the heading "Reasonable Wages." For example, if highway wages are applicable for 2025, there should be a way to view the specific wage requirements for the project I am reviewing. This feature must be compatible with the Excel format when generating a wage analysis report.
