  1. include employee unique identifier on ALL reports that include any type of employee information

    Include employee unique identifier on ALL reports that include any type of employee information. This does not include company employee id as some firms either leave this field blank OR if running a report with ALL employee info, firms may use the same naming convention and therefore you will find duplicate IDs. The alternative is to include employee name and last 4 SSN, but preferably a unique identifier helps.

  2. Filter reports by SUBMITTED date.

    Currently there is a filter for payroll start and end dates. Sometimes subs submit well after their payroll start and end dates. In this case it would be best to capture reports based on submitted dates. Payroll dates is useful, but not typically when reviewing weekly and we review based on newly submitted reports.

    Just a suggestion.....Certified Payroll Report for Non-Performing Week needs to be corrected to say "supervise" in part (1). It is currently spelled incorrectly.

  8. Transfer payroll if wrong week end date

    I think it would be great to allow to have contractors transfer all payroll and documents submitted under a wrong number to just be able to transfer to correct number without the entire deleting and re-entering process

  10. Ability to add a contractor for onsite interviews

    Allow users to add contractors to onsite interviews, matching the current "add worker" tab. Added contractors will then appear in the new "Reconciled Contractor" dropdown.

  11. Add an Admin notice button in the view documents tab

    A button to access the admin notices from the view documents page for that selected subcontractor would make it easier to track the notices instead of having to close out the view documents tab to go to the admin notices tab. Too much time spent jumping around from one tab to another.

  12. the ability to deactivate employees that no longer work for the company so you don't have to sort through them all when rates change etc.

    In the employee tab, ALL employees are listed that ever worked for the company. When rates change etc you have to sort through them all. to much chance for error by skipping a active employee. It would be nice to be able to deactivate inactive employees.

  13. Entry Requirement Variations

    Contractor set up for the employee will include all the relevant information for the employee. The Admin requirements will be coded on the back end to pull what the Admin wants for the job.

    For example, I need to edit the employee SSN into the relevant format (sometimes last 4, sometimes full number). Code can pull the full number and put it into the format the Admin wants/needs.

    That way I can have one master list of employee data and not have 30 separate lists with varying degrees of information for each employee and no idea which one is most…

  14. SBE 956 Reports

    The IDOT monthly report SBE956 should be included with LCPtracker. This report should be able to collect the number of employees and the hours reported from what was uploaded.
    Worse case, allow this form to be included with LCPtracker so that IDOT has the information on hand versus the contractors/subcontractors submitting a form via email.

  15. No option to change pay rate after pay increase for a different time period

    I entered hours for the latter part of 2025 at one pay rate, but the 2026 pay rate has changed and there is no option to update to the new pay rate.

  17. EDOCS- Classification/Trade

    Including a trade or classification option as a feature under document types will enable each subcontractor to upload documents specific to their trade, rather than combining them into a single upload. For instance, when uploading a DAS140 or Fringe Benefit Statement, you would select the relevant trade. This addition will improve accuracy when generating reports.

  19. AB 219

    AB 219 Setup for different counties ONLY available to the selected contractor that Admin select to have access.

    Current AB 219 setup - gives EVERYONE access to different counties. Despite having the notices or warnings.

    If NEW RULES ONLY ALLOWS the selected Contractor to have access to specific counties. THIS would avoid the issues.

    There are MANY companies having AB 219 companies type a LONG note per employee per week. AND waiting for notices/warnings to be removed/accepted - is causing AB 219 subs to sign-off that the wrong county is correct. As notes can be removed.

  20. Dark Mode

    Hi,
    As a Super user who spends several hours a day approving certified payrolls, certifications, and setting up GCs and projects, I’ve noticed that the bright white background can become very tiring on the eyes over time.

    Would it be possible to introduce a dark mode or an alternative background option? Having a darker theme would make long sessions on the site much more comfortable.

    After using the platform for days on end, the brightness starts to feel overwhelming, so a dark mode would be a huge improvement.
