System Time Outs
Please lengthen the time until being timed out out of the program. Re-logging in many times per day is seems unnecessary. It is common business practice to have to respond to others throughout the day and by the time you are done with an email or look up some information, you are kicked out. We already key a lot so adding all of these re-logins is not very ergonomic.

Allow multiple sessions
Please allow multiple sessions to be open simultaneously (one for daily reporting and one to audit certified payrolls & eDocuments).

Allow contractors to mark a project as "completed"
I think there should be a function for "completed projects". That way, when you are done with one project you can still have access to it, but not see it as a choice to avoid confusion. You should also be able to label the project names to your liking.

Email notification sent to the Administrator when a contractor uploads an eDocument
When contractors upload an apprenticeship certification for review, I am not aware unless they contact me by phone or email. Or, I have to check the eDocuments daily.
It would be ideal if a notification could be generated upon a contractor's uploading of any eDocuments.

Toggle to next record when Editing Uncertified Payroll Records so you don't have to go back and reselect the job and the next employee.

Week Ending Date mistakes happen!! Need a warning notice if entering a different week ending day.
If entering a different or wrong week end day, there should be some sort of a warning message that requires a response, i.e: "You have entered a different week ending day, do you want to continue?"
OR
a warning that notifies you that you are not allowed to change the week end day, but you will need to contact lcp admin/support to change the week end date.31 votes -
Ability to Resolve Multiple Notices/Violations
The system should have the ability to resolve multiple notices on the "violations" tab.
Currently if there are notices, you need to resolve and/or delete one by one. It would be better and much more time efficient to have the ability to resolve multiple Notices by being able to select multiple Violations based on Project and/or Contractor. We have some projects with over 2,000 notices and the system currently is not user friendly. Each notice has to be individually resolved and/or addressed.

Create an employee data base
Create an employee data base so when an employee is entered, we can choose that employee from the data base and their classification for multiple projects. All of their fringes, apprentice certificate information and deduction notes follow the employee on all projects.

Main Data Base for Employees and Updating Wages/Fringes by Classification
The ability to update Union wage and fringes by classification rather than employee by employee, with override for over scale on wages and dues (sheet metal apprentice dues rates affected by over scale).
Ability to have an employee data base that can be used on all assignments rather than having to add the same employee to multiple jobs.
On large jobs or running multiple jobs, it takes so much time and effort to enter the information over and over and over, and hoping there is no data entry error.

Remove a notice when corrected
When one corrects a notice, enable the notice to disappear, vs. having to go in and click on each notice. Example, if notice says address needs to be validated, or phone number entered, once I make those changes in the Employee Set Up, the notice should clear. I should not have to go back to the notice screen, and click on the notice, click save, in order to clear. The system should be fluid enough to know I made the correction.

Do not allow duplicate certified payroll number
There is no way the LCP system should allow a duplicate CPR number, It is equally disappointing how cumbersome it is to correct this once the error occurs

Accounts/databases that have no active projects
When finished with a project we should be able to make it inactive so it's easier to see what projects we are still reporting to and which ones we aren't. We wouldn't have to sort through 10+ projects to choose the right one.

Merge multiple profiles
I have 3 profiles (users- katier@totaltc.com, 1018669, & 4159630427) . I wish I was able to have 1 login and switch the correct portal

Be able to see details without going back to the initial page
Every time you click details on a CPR entry, when you hit cancel you go back to the same initial page and have to click the project, Sub and contract.

Drag and drop eDocuments
Enable a drag and drop feature for document upload, instead of clicking choose your file. I believe this is a quicker option.
Also, if you are uploading multiple docs have the header info stay same, instead of selecting the project, company etc.

Copy Employees - choose which employees to copy over
When choosing option to Copy Employees, have a new screen show all employees and a check box next names of employees you wish to copy to new project instead of copying ALL employees.

Ability to create another set of fringe rates for each classification in employee profile
creating more than one craft under EE profile- this helps for workers that worked on 2 different jobs such as abatement and demo which their fringes are different from each other , this will save a lot of time. Currently I post their 2nd job fringes manually in dollar amount in cpr which takes time and figuring, it should have its default rates too to show automatically thats created in their EE profile as their 2nd line of fringes rates...

Contractors able to edit and delete eDocuments
It would be great to have the ability to delete an uploaded eDocument when it is incorrect for any reason.

Notice / Validation for Unsupervised Apprentices
When an apprentice is not supervised there should be a notice prior to being able to certify payroll.
