Accounts/databases that have no active projects
When finished with a project we should be able to make it inactive so it's easier to see what projects we are still reporting to and which ones we aren't. We wouldn't have to sort through 10+ projects to choose the right one.

Highlight the field that needs to be edited for Notices or missing information
ON NOTICES - PLEASE HI-LITE THE FIELD IN QUESTION - NOT EASY TO FIND !!!
AND GIVE EXAMPLES OF CERTAIN FIELDS THAT RELATE TO FRINGE PAYMENTS OR WAGE AMOUNTS WITH OR WITHOUT FRINGE.

USLs & TFRs needed
LCPtracker should know which Union Status Letter or Trust Fund Report is due for each month based on craft performed and should flag which one is needed/missing.

provide a section showing the current breakdown per the DIR for journeymen & apprentices.
Having a button or section with current prevailing wage breakdown. Hourly rate, plus fringe benefit breakdown per the DIR for easy access.

option in Employee setup to pre-check the "Some or all fringe paid to employee" checkbox
Include the option in Employee setup to pre-check the "Some or all fringe paid to employee" checkbox for each employee. As employees do not have default fringe amounts paid to a fund, it cannot be selected in fringe maintenance & needs to be an option in employee setup.
It is incredibly time consuming and annoying to have to check the box in each employee record for each project, each week; even when there are no notices requiring attention. There is no indication on the employee list for a project as to whether the box has been checked & therefore all…2 votes -
Drag and drop eDocuments
Enable a drag and drop feature for document upload, instead of clicking choose your file. I believe this is a quicker option.
Also, if you are uploading multiple docs have the header info stay same, instead of selecting the project, company etc.

Make existing employees available to be just be assigned to any new jobs. This feature is in Elations and is very convenient.

Copy Employees - choose which employees to copy over
When choosing option to Copy Employees, have a new screen show all employees and a check box next names of employees you wish to copy to new project instead of copying ALL employees.

Ability to Validate multiple employee addresses
When there are multiple/several employee addresses to be validated ... it would be nice to see them all on one screen to review vs each employee record.

Require sub approval before admin deletes their payroll
An administrator or contractor should not be able to arbitrarily delete a lower tier's payroll without the permission of the lower tier. If this is done in error there is no recourse and the lower tier has no other option than re-entering the data.

Formula in certain fields
Be able to enter a formula in certain fields. For example, on the Payroll Records – Enter Records screen, be able to enter 1.5 * $xx.xx/hr, where $xx.xx/hr is the individual rate of pay per hour. Another example would also be on the Payroll Records – Enter Records screen. In the Local Taxes/SDI field, enter X + Y + Z, where X, Y, and Z are different local taxes that represent the total Local Taxes/SDI.

Ability to create another set of fringe rates for each classification in employee profile
creating more than one craft under EE profile- this helps for workers that worked on 2 different jobs such as abatement and demo which their fringes are different from each other , this will save a lot of time. Currently I post their 2nd job fringes manually in dollar amount in cpr which takes time and figuring, it should have its default rates too to show automatically thats created in their EE profile as their 2nd line of fringes rates...

Notify Administrators when Apprentice Approval is needed
We are signatory to IBEW LU 11. We are required to upload a new "federal certificate of apprenticeship every 90 days. Once we upload------there should be an alert sent to the folks who approve it. Currently we are waiting on 5 apprentice certs to be approved.

Add / Edit Admin Logins - Copy Prime Approver projects to a new user
Insert a "copy" button in the "Add / Edit Admin Logins" form (page) because when a "Prime Approver" resigns from a company who has lots of projects assigned to them, it is an unnecessarily difficult process to have to set up a new person as a "Prime Approver". In addition, this is necessary because the Prime Approver's name and email address can not be edited.

Be able to see details without going back to the initial page
Every time you click details on a CPR entry, when you hit cancel you go back to the same initial page and have to click the project, Sub and contract.

Quality of life updates for the Multiple CPR Reports
Couple of ideas:
-have the option for both the Non-preforming and Preforming CPRs to be in one PDF and in order by weekending date.
-have the option to have the CPRS already sorted a certain way.
- ie: Oldest to newest and/or newest to oldest in regards to Weekending dates
- Also be able to export multiple CPRs from the same project with different contractors.2 votes -
