Edocuments should be saved specifically to contractor not project.
Edocments should be saved specifically to the contractor rather than project. Majority of documents can be used across all projects. This would prevent duplicate documents and ensure the contractor only has to submit some documents once. Looking for documents in Edocuments is frustrating and time consuming because the same document is uploaded multiple times. I have a contractor that has over 2000 documents saved in Edocuments.

Bulk Upload of Classifications
Bulk uploads of data tables such as Project Wage Data, Classifications and codes should be supported by default by uploading accepted file types with data in the correct order to be imported to the appropriate fields. It is insane that LCPTracker does not support bulk uploads of text information and requires administrators to enter data one text field at a time, per one item at a time.

Allow Contract Admins to change how many decimal places it can enter in the time worked fields to accommodate its timekeeping systems, so that the auto calculation in LCPTracker does not force an incorrect Gross Wages Earned on This Project entry to allow certification. By limiting the decimals places to two, the system either overcalculates or undercalculates the Gross Wages Earned on This project, which the Contractor is forced to use in order to certify a report. Be able to filter reports for a project by "Final Status"
Have the ability to pull up a project then filter so you can see only the payrolls marked Final instead of having to go through each and every sub's payrolls.

Need ability to filter/toggle between contracts that you are active on vs contracts you have already submitted final payroll
There needs to be a way to personalize our view as the contractor: Need a way to toggle between or only view contracts we are actively reporting weekly payroll on; versus contracts we have already submitted final payrolls on (but are yet to be closed out by the administrator/county.)
We have 27 matched contracts open, but I only need to submit payrolls for 12 actively. Would be so nice to not have to nitpick through which is which each and every time. It is beyond frustrating to say the least .

Inactive Employees should not be visible on the add/edit dropdown list
When an employee's status is changed to inactive, that employee should not be visible on the add/edit drop down list. This is a basic programming function where a filter can be placed to only show active employees on the drop down. It is so frustrating having to look through a list of former employees when those names can be removed from the view.

Bulk Download Option for Apprentice ID and OSHA Cards
Option to download all Apprentice IDs and OSHA Cards in bulk. Currently you have to do this for each individual employee for every subcontractor. We have a legal obligation to respond to Public Record Requests in a timely manner and to download each individual document is extremely time consuming (and inefficient) especially on large projects.

Having the employee id show selecting employee for entering records so we can differientate between employees with the same first and last name.

Add additional options in the certifications area.
Along with "accept all" there should be a drop down that has "permit edit all, reject all, resubmit all, reviewed all, submit all".

Employee management / edit. Be able to pull a report so you can see all employee info vs. one by one;
Make it easier to manage employees under user main account vs. individual projects/account. Be able to pull reports to see which employees are active or inactive. When copying employees don't allow duplicates.

There are a lot of recommendations for specific filter options. I say, allow each option on the certifications page to have its own filter. We all have various needs, make it easier on us all by allowing us to filter to what WE need and use. Add a filter for each column.

Create a different 401K option so it can be deducted as a percentage.
Our 401K deduction is calculated as a percentage from the paycheck amount. We need a deduction option that calculates the deduction as a percentage of the paycheck amount.

Need to much personal information
This is all the information you are getting. I have NEVER had to submit union records or personnel paychecks and I never will. I would like to know why you need more information than any government agency I have ever worked with. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Have option to accept multiple eDocuments at once just like the Certified Payroll. It is ridiculous that we have to toggle back and forth between pages and takes so much time.

Just get rid of it and use the federal form 347 U.S. Department of Labor

eDocuments - Status
When reviewing eDocuments, you should be able to click on the Status line of a Document line to Accept or Reject it. If Rejected a box for Administrator Notices should appear to enter Notes.
This would save a huge amount of time.

In Ohio, we have Journeymen rates and Foreman rates. If one of our guys works both positions on a job we have in LCP Tracker, we are unable to pay him for different rates. It causes confusion and the numbers are able to be put in correcty.
