Freezing
LCP keeps freezing saying "working" after clicking on calculate fringes. Also, it takes more than one time to click save, which is something that shouldn't take more than one time or take time to think about it as it has been.

Rerun Notices
If we import a set of data, and an employee fails due to address or SSN issues in the employee record, every single pay record has to be opened up for the employee and resaved. Since we have 2-3 different wage types per employee, that could mean 20 records per employee per month. It would be nice if there was a "Rerun validation" button that would look at all employee records with notices and revaluate if they have been fixed and clear the fixed ones.

Add a contact name for the general contractor
EVERY notification from LCP Tracker should include the name of the person at the general contractor who is originating the notice. I should be able to get right to the source to discuss any issues or problems that need to be dealt with. No more going through phone trees, multiple transfers and receptionists who really don't know which department can help with our issue. Too much wasted time!! I just need a NAME (although phone number would be nice, too)!!

Fringe Benefit Maintenance - update fringes for multiple jobs
When Fringes change, it would be nice to enter it once and apply it to all applicable jobs. Currently you have to update for each job separately.

Identify the database in the body of a rejection email
When an admin rejects a payroll, LCP sends an email to the contractor. When receiving this email, there is no identifier to know which database this email generated form. The e-mail needs to identify the database, so we are not searching one by one through each one of our multiple databases, until we find the rejection notice.

DIR Wage Decision & DIR Project ID on "Projects" Tab
The DIR Wage Decision & DIR Project ID should be reflected on the "Projects" tab for Contractors - this is entered into the set-up page why are Contractors not able to obtain this information?

The Administrator needs an option to have email alerts when he/she has payroll that needs to be approved.
The Administrator needs an option to have email alerts when he/she has payroll that needs to be approved. Currently theirs no option to notify the Administrator that he/she has payroll to approve/reject. This feature can be one that the Administrator can turn on or off. I think this should be a feature for both the Admin and Prime Approver.

Approve/Reject Apprentices per Project
we are having problems tracking apprentices. when a contractor is approved for an apprentice at one project, contractor is approve to submit certified payroll for all the project they work on. Can you add feature that every time they have an apprentice is approve for all projects contractors are working on? as right now we can only track an apprentice for the project the apprentice was approve for. but contractors can continue to submit payroll for other project with same approval.

Notify Administrators when Apprentice Approval is needed
We are signatory to IBEW LU 11. We are required to upload a new "federal certificate of apprenticeship every 90 days. Once we upload------there should be an alert sent to the folks who approve it. Currently we are waiting on 5 apprentice certs to be approved.

Add/Edit Project Wage Data - Allow Changes to Multiple Classifications
When I am using Add/Edit Project wage data, I have to go in and individually change each classification's effective and expiration date. This is very tedious on projects with a lot of classifications assigned. We have to edit these dates when we set the project up and every year for the wage annivesaries. It would be nice to be able to change effective and expiration dates all at once, rather than classification by classification. I see there are already fields for effective/expiration dates for each wage determination, but each individual project has different effective / expiration dates assigned and I…

Auto Number - Payroll Number
Payroll numbers should not be user input. The payroll number should be auto calculated by the submission sequence. It's required that payroll numbers remain in order. Once the first week ending date is selected by the contractor that is payroll #1. Then every single report from there on out is auto numbered by the system. This is a DOL procedure. Refer to https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/forms/wh347
Certified Payroll No.: Beginning with the number “1”, each weekly certified payroll that a contractor or subcontractor submits for a project should be given a payroll number. Enter the appropriate payroll number.

Allocating Employee Hours Across Multiple Job Classifications in LCP Tracker
Enhance the certified payroll system to allow administrators to assign hours worked by a single employee to multiple job classifications within the same work period or day. For instance, if Employee A works 8 hours, the system should allow the admin to allocate 4 hours to 'Electrician' (including any applicable premium) and 4 hours to a secondary classification like 'Foreman'. This capability is crucial for accurate wage analysis and certified payroll reporting when employees perform duties under different classifications.

eDocuments - Status
When reviewing eDocuments, you should be able to click on the Status line of a Document line to Accept or Reject it. If Rejected a box for Administrator Notices should appear to enter Notes.
This would save a huge amount of time.

Give contractors their own CPR Notices Report
Give Contractor access to the CPR Notices Report that Administrators have, but only let them run the report for themselves (not other contractors). Managing notices is extremely tedious because it does not show contractors the actual issue on the notice listing screen. Contractors have to click into each person individually. When contractors have multiple pages worth of notices and almost all of them are a warning from a validation setting that can be ignored, this is very time consuming. Having the report would allow contractors to see all the issues at once and handle similar issues at one time, such…

DAS 140 and DAS 142 form generation within LCPtracker Pro
Once a contractor has been assigned to a project, they can enter the needed information and generate the DAS 140 and 142 forms within LCPtracker to both be compliant for the project and generate reportable data for the project owner about who has not submitted the forms, what trades were included, locations, and more. Right now the simple image requires human interaction and does not generate any of the data the state of CA or many agencies want for trades and locations.
