Subcontractor set up profile, not prime
Have the subcontractor set up their first profile and be given an LCP number they can give to any prime to assign to the prime's job. That way, they can update their address and information when needed and not have multiple accounts.

A bulk "Revalidate" button that applies to an entire certified payroll.
A common experience for my office is that a company will provide OSHA-10 certifications for our review/approval after they have submitted a certified payroll, This can also be true of Apprenticeship Agreements. Because some of these documents are not valid or are incomplete, we do not allow companies to validate either, but leave that for our review. Verify Account Set Up
I have had other people set up a whole new LCP Tracker account for my company with our contact details, but it was an old email address. How can somebody else set up an account on our behalf without our knowledge? I had to figure it out by finally someone calling to tell someone about delinquent payroll and getting them to tell me the email associated with the account which they did not want to disclose to me. Please have verification to confirm the account setting up is actually wanted and needed. I already had an account under our number…

Apprentice Approvals Feature Expansion
The Apprentice Approvals should expand to have a checkbox for "Completed" & "Ended" apprentices.
There should be a drop down box for the apprentice trade so that when an Administrator approves an apprentice for a particular trade per the certificate, they are not able to certify a record for another trade. For example, the apprentice is a Cement Mason Apprentice, when certifying they classified them as a Laborer apprentice, this would in turn create a notice and block them from certifying.3 votes -

USLs & TFRs needed
LCPtracker should know which Union Status Letter or Trust Fund Report is due for each month based on craft performed and should flag which one is needed/missing.

Notify Administrators when Apprentice Approval is needed
We are signatory to IBEW LU 11. We are required to upload a new "federal certificate of apprenticeship every 90 days. Once we upload------there should be an alert sent to the folks who approve it. Currently we are waiting on 5 apprentice certs to be approved.

Easier navigation between screens (BACK BUTTON)
After I view or approve documents, I have to re-enter all the search criteria to get back to the page with all of the documents. I have tried to hit the Browser's back button, and I have tried to hit the "Documents" Tab. I end up at the main Documents page & I have to re-search for the project/etc...
Either let the back button work, or just open a new tab when you select the actual document to edit

Edit Document Type for uploaded documents
We need to be able to reclassify documents that are uploaded. A lot of the time we upload a document under the wrong group and instead of have to upload again we should be able to change it.

Filter by DATE SUBMITTED in Certifications tab
From "Certifications" tab, filter payroll by DATE SUBMITTED. This way there will be no gaps in reporting. If the last time I pull reports is on EOD Friday, January 1, 2021, today, January 8, 2021, I want to pull newly submitted reports dated from EOD January 1, 2021 to today. Running reports be WE date does not help when needing to run reports that I do not already have. It also has potential to cause a gap in reporting considering all subs do not submit on the same WE day AND sometimes subs submit reports out of order. This has…

Total the daily hours worked as the bottom of the CPR. EMARS has this function and it helps when comparing to the daily reports.

Allow time entry in minutes
Our payroll software calculates wages based on minutes. Since the software permits only two decimal places in hour entry, we encounter errors when pay properly calculated based on minutes does not agree with LCPtracker calculation based on hours with only two decimal places.

Subcontractor/Contractor "Send Reminder" button
I think adding a "Send Reminder" button could be added if a payroll is late for a Contractor/Subcontractor. If payrolls are late, we could click the "Send Reminder" button and a prompt box with all of that Contract's contact info (email addresses) per contractor/sub would open for us to choose who to send this reminder to.

Explain how to correct the Certification of Compliance page such as the Fringe Boxes a & b
After a payroll report is rejected because the fringe boxes a & b on the Certification of Compliance page are incorrectly checked or unchecked, please send out a training document on how contractors are supposed to correct the rejected payroll report and resubmit.
It is a common occurrence but LCP Tracker does not provide training on correcting the information.
Because there is no information in your training materials, we have to delete the report and start all over- and it wastes alot of time.3 votes -
Multiple CPR Selections
We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.

Late notices should be sent automatically. Or at least have the option to have late notices sent automatically.

uploading payroll to another account
uploading payroll from one account to another account in lcptracker by uploading the file (like in lcp certified).
I had a contractor change labor compliance companies in the middle of a project (but both needed to be uploaded to LCPTracker). There was no way to upload payroll to another account and I definitely didn't want to upload it manually. I had to re-enter all my payrolls. I guess uploading payrolls by file is only a feature on LCP Certified.

make it more user friendly!!
Just get rid of it and use the federal form 347 U.S. Department of Labor
