MARK FINAL - TRANSFER TO DIR
When you mark a certified report Final in LCP Tracker that it transfers over into the DIR! That way you aren't having to enter reports multiple times.

Dark mode for website
LCP Tracker's UI would benefit from a Dark Mode option. Personally, I work with this website for hours daily, and the bright webpages cause eye fatigue after a while, even on the lowest brightness setting on my computer. A per-user setting to enable dark mode would be helpful for all users who must spend hours working with the platform.

Rebuild LCP tracker
Rebuild the tracker in its entirety. As a new user, this entire thing is cataclysmically byzantine. There are no instructions, the videos reference fields that don't exist. Nothing is intuitive at all, and the myraid options in the "Set up" tab are not in any way listed or organized such that a person with zero experience would know which ones are mandatory, which ones are optional, and in what order they must be finished. The entire thing is a joke.

Be able to send Admin Notices to all parties on a project
We need the ability to send an ADMIN notice to all subs on a particular project at once. Situations like reminding them all to submit their FINAL payroll, or a reminder that a holiday is coming and they might need to pay attention to holiday pay requirements on Wage Determination. Its so tedious slogging through individual subs. We need to be able to select All Contractors on a project. Right now, you have to select the sub, then the project. At least let us limit the list by selecting the project first!

How can this be better for small businesses?
As a smaller subcontracting business LCP tracker is not simple and takes way more time than desired to fill out every detail per project. Has anyone discussed how LNI for washington is designed? LNI is much easier much smoother and less of a headache to figure out and understand.
Once we think we have a solid understanding for LCP tracker we get into entering info for another project then there becomes weird new entries that are needed to be entered.
As a small business this is something that we need to be a smoother process. it feels like rocket science…

DAS 140 and DAS 142 form generation within LCPtracker Pro
Once a contractor has been assigned to a project, they can enter the needed information and generate the DAS 140 and 142 forms within LCPtracker to both be compliant for the project and generate reportable data for the project owner about who has not submitted the forms, what trades were included, locations, and more. Right now the simple image requires human interaction and does not generate any of the data the state of CA or many agencies want for trades and locations.

Subcontractor set up profile, not prime
Have the subcontractor set up their first profile and be given an LCP number they can give to any prime to assign to the prime's job. That way, they can update their address and information when needed and not have multiple accounts.

Fringe Benefit Maintenance Feature Expansion
It would be helpful if the system could create a PDF Fringe Benefit Statement from the fringes entered into the Fringe Benefit Maintenance section. This would reduce the amount of rejections of FBS's & CPR's when the documents would match each other.

Search a subcontractor by license number
I noticed I can only search for a subcontractor by their name. Can you add a feature that allows search by their contractor license number, email and/or phone number?

On the eDocument UPLOAD tab
On the eDocument UPLOAD tab ... it would be nice to be able to PIN the project, assignment, type fields for uploading multiple items.

Easier navigation between screens (BACK BUTTON)
After I view or approve documents, I have to re-enter all the search criteria to get back to the page with all of the documents. I have tried to hit the Browser's back button, and I have tried to hit the "Documents" Tab. I end up at the main Documents page & I have to re-search for the project/etc...
Either let the back button work, or just open a new tab when you select the actual document to edit

Certified Payroll submissions should always populate most recent first
Anytime you load certified payroll submissions, the most recent week end date submitted should populate at the top of the list. Currently, the oldest date submitted is populating at the top of the list.

some subs may miss a payroll number without knowing and continue to submit many many reports following. Instead of updating payroll number manually one by one, allow for updates to multiple at a time

Adding a search bar
There should be a search bar at the top. Rather than clicking through a bunch of tabs and drop downs, the search bar could be used to find reports or other features faster.

Multiple CPR Selections
We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.
