Multiple CPR Selections
We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.

Sending automatic Admin Notices to contractors with late CPRs
Late notices should be sent automatically. Or at least have the option to have late notices sent automatically.

uploading payroll to another account
uploading payroll from one account to another account in lcptracker by uploading the file (like in lcp certified).
I had a contractor change labor compliance companies in the middle of a project (but both needed to be uploaded to LCPTracker). There was no way to upload payroll to another account and I definitely didn't want to upload it manually. I had to re-enter all my payrolls. I guess uploading payrolls by file is only a feature on LCP Certified.

Prime Approver listed in project information
Rather than having to run a report to see who the Prime Approver for a specific project is, having that information readily available within the project would be helpful.

Change sorting order of certified payrolls
When viewing unapproved CPRs, you can sort by contractor, but when you do that, they don't appear in order by date. If you have a contractor who submits numerous CPRs that need approval, all of that contractor's CPRs should be displayed in order of the week-ending date. Instead they appear in somewhat random order within the contractor's CPRs.

Admin Notice Formatting
When we create a notice, the formatting appears nicely with paragraph breaks or bullet points, but when the message gets sent, everything gets pushed together in one long paragraph. This makes it more difficult to read and understand, especially when there are multiple steps a user needs to take.

Allow payroll administrator to override the address suggestion made by LCP Tracker.
Please allow the payroll administrator to determine the employee's address, instead of having LCP Tracker select an address and insist you select that address to certify your payroll. I have to re-validate the same addresses every time I certify payroll for those employee for whom LCP Tracker has assigned an incorrect address. The employees know what their addresses are.

Classifications need the fringes attached to them
When you have different classifications that you have to choose from why can't you attach the fringes to them. Right now I have to go in and change an apprentice's fringes every time he is paid journeyman to meet the ratio. Then after it's posted I have to go back into the setup and change it again. If it's attached to the classification, as it is with all unions, it's automatic.

Be able to filter reports for a project by "Final Status"
Have the ability to pull up a project then filter so you can see only the payrolls marked Final instead of having to go through each and every sub's payrolls.

Attach the EAD to the employee and not to the job
It would be much easier and we wouldn't have to ask with each new job if the EAD was attached to the employee and not to the job.

Adding classifications to jobs
You need to let the contractors add the classifications. It's just too much work for the adminstrators to keep up with task. Also, when asked to be proactive they are against it. This in turn, slows down reporting in a timely manner.

Remove the requirement for Employee ID. Not all subcontractors use an Employee ID and when setting up their employees, this is a requirement. It's unnecessary. Thanks!

ADD column entitled, "FINAL CP?" between the "Performing" & "Process" columns; some continue to submit CPs for months after final CPs
It would be helpful to have a column entitled "FINAL CP?", which would keep users informed that the final CP was submitted and keep users from entering a CP that isn't needed.
I've had a few users continue to submit CPs for months after the final CP had been submitted, one for as long as 9 months.3 votes -

A bulk "Revalidate" button that applies to an entire certified payroll.
A common experience for my office is that a company will provide OSHA-10 certifications for our review/approval after they have submitted a certified payroll, This can also be true of Apprenticeship Agreements. Because some of these documents are not valid or are incomplete, we do not allow companies to validate either, but leave that for our review. As a result, we may have many notices of the same nature that, once information in the Employee Records has been updated, will clear with a click... for each employee... of the "Revalidate" button. A bulk "Revalidate" button that applied to the entire…
