  1. update multiple payroll number at once

    some subs may miss a payroll number without knowing and continue to submit many many reports following. Instead of updating payroll number manually one by one, allow for updates to multiple at a time

    option to select multiple at once

    Action features:
    - Delete multiple reports
    - Update multiple "Accept Status" / "Process Status" fields
    - Download multiple CPR as SEPARATE files (multiple CPR downloads as one file)

  4. Adding a search bar

    There should be a search bar at the top. Rather than clicking through a bunch of tabs and drop downs, the search bar could be used to find reports or other features faster.

  5. Multiple CPR Selections

    We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.

  7. uploading payroll to another account

    uploading payroll from one account to another account in lcptracker by uploading the file (like in lcp certified).

    I had a contractor change labor compliance companies in the middle of a project (but both needed to be uploaded to LCPTracker). There was no way to upload payroll to another account and I definitely didn't want to upload it manually. I had to re-enter all my payrolls. I guess uploading payrolls by file is only a feature on LCP Certified.

  8. Prime Approver listed in project information

    Rather than having to run a report to see who the Prime Approver for a specific project is, having that information readily available within the project would be helpful.

  9. Change sorting order of certified payrolls

    When viewing unapproved CPRs, you can sort by contractor, but when you do that, they don't appear in order by date. If you have a contractor who submits numerous CPRs that need approval, all of that contractor's CPRs should be displayed in order of the week-ending date. Instead they appear in somewhat random order within the contractor's CPRs.

    The new input page for Certified Payroll Summary Report SSRS, in my opinion, is far too time consuming. There are too many required fields compared to the previous version. We have no idea what the "department" is so we have never filled it in. Previously we were able to click on the project field and start typing in the project number and it would narrow it down - now we have to scroll to find the project.   12. Fix the bug in the draft report totals

    The new setup for retrieving a draft report is tedious and unnecessary. Please return to the previous setup. It used to be very simple 1-2 drop down selections and the draft would pop up in a new window and was very easy to read. The new way only displays a tiny preview of the report inside a small window set in the current page. It's impossible to read. It's also inaccurate. I did a report with two employees each working 1 hour on the same day. It showed all their information correctly but it listed the total hours worked on…

  13. Certified Payroll Report-Draft

    The current change to the Certified Payroll Report-Draft is horrible. Other deduction notes are no longer below each employee, and Total in Lieu of Fringes along with the Rate in Lieu of Fringes are no longer on the draft. I don't know about anyone else but I check those items before I certify the report.

  14. Admin Notice Formatting

    When we create a notice, the formatting appears nicely with paragraph breaks or bullet points, but when the message gets sent, everything gets pushed together in one long paragraph. This makes it more difficult to read and understand, especially when there are multiple steps a user needs to take.

  15. Classifications need the fringes attached to them

    When you have different classifications that you have to choose from why can't you attach the fringes to them. Right now I have to go in and change an apprentice's fringes every time he is paid journeyman to meet the ratio. Then after it's posted I have to go back into the setup and change it again. If it's attached to the classification, as it is with all unions, it's automatic.

  16. Be able to filter reports for a project by "Final Status"

    Have the ability to pull up a project then filter so you can see only the payrolls marked Final instead of having to go through each and every sub's payrolls.
    The same feature that is available for Process Status and Accept Status

  17. Allow uploaded CPR data update the employee profile

    We work on several different projects at a time and it is so cumbersome to try and update employee information every time someone moves, or changes their phone number. It would be great if the employee profiles could be updated with any new and/or changed employee information on the CPR. The CPR has all their info, but why can't it tie to their employee record? This would save so much manual labor and tracking on users.

  18. Attach the EAD to the employee and not to the job

    It would be much easier and we wouldn't have to ask with each new job if the EAD was attached to the employee and not to the job.
