Adding a search bar
There should be a search bar at the top. Rather than clicking through a bunch of tabs and drop downs, the search bar could be used to find reports or other features faster.

Change color of Sub when complete
Being able to change the color or make a box that gets checked on the home screen. So when the sub is complete and you don't need anything further you can change the color or check the box so you don't have to go through all the records to find their final payroll.

Multiple CPR Selections
We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.

Late notices should be sent automatically. Or at least have the option to have late notices sent automatically.

Name and Title should auto fill when I am certifying the payroll. I am logged in with my user name and secure password.

Monthly Documents
For Documents that are required monthly (Union Status Letters, Trust Fund Reports, Skilled Workforce Reports, etc.) they should be a month/year field

uploading payroll to another account
uploading payroll from one account to another account in lcptracker by uploading the file (like in lcp certified).
I had a contractor change labor compliance companies in the middle of a project (but both needed to be uploaded to LCPTracker). There was no way to upload payroll to another account and I definitely didn't want to upload it manually. I had to re-enter all my payrolls. I guess uploading payrolls by file is only a feature on LCP Certified.

Create an employee data base
Create an employee data base so when an employee is entered, we can choose that employee from the data base and their classification for multiple projects. All of their fringes, apprentice certificate information and deduction notes follow the employee on all projects.

Prime Approver listed in project information
Rather than having to run a report to see who the Prime Approver for a specific project is, having that information readily available within the project would be helpful.

It would be most helpful if the Payroll Penalty Report would have page breaks for each subcontractor contained within.

Main Data Base for Employees and Updating Wages/Fringes by Classification
The ability to update Union wage and fringes by classification rather than employee by employee, with override for over scale on wages and dues (sheet metal apprentice dues rates affected by over scale).
Ability to have an employee data base that can be used on all assignments rather than having to add the same employee to multiple jobs.
On large jobs or running multiple jobs, it takes so much time and effort to enter the information over and over and over, and hoping there is no data entry error.

Make check number not required before saving payroll record
Need to be able to save data and add check number later! Other tracker allow this. Not good.
When adding payroll different people work on different aspects. One cuts checks. One does the LCP. Need to be able to add the check number after saving and before certifying.

Employee work history
To be able to search a specific employee work history, hours, trades worked, etc. Just like the workforce report but for individual employees

Please allow multiple sessions to be open simultaneously (one for daily reporting and one to audit certified payrolls & eDocuments).

Change sorting order of certified payrolls
When viewing unapproved CPRs, you can sort by contractor, but when you do that, they don't appear in order by date. If you have a contractor who submits numerous CPRs that need approval, all of that contractor's CPRs should be displayed in order of the week-ending date. Instead they appear in somewhat random order within the contractor's CPRs.

Employee Assigned Craft/Classification
Add crafts and classifications to employee records so that when they start a new job it is easier to select the appropriate fields.
