Email notification sent to the Administrator when a contractor uploads an eDocument
When contractors upload an apprenticeship certification for review, I am not aware unless they contact me by phone or email. Or, I have to check the eDocuments daily.
It would be ideal if a notification could be generated upon a contractor's uploading of any eDocuments.

Adding DAS 140, 142, DIR confirmation, Monthly Training or Fringes report and payment document tabs
Main Contractor should "ALWAYS" add these in Edocument tabs , and should be as default documents , aside from Fringe Benefit stmt- as most contractors dont add till its requested by their subs...these are main compliance docs for Prevailing wage jobs.
DIR confirmation-can be opted out if no DIR job acct or exempted for it...1 vote -
Ability to create another set of fringe rates for each classification in employee profile
creating more than one craft under EE profile- this helps for workers that worked on 2 different jobs such as abatement and demo which their fringes are different from each other , this will save a lot of time. Currently I post their 2nd job fringes manually in dollar amount in cpr which takes time and figuring, it should have its default rates too to show automatically thats created in their EE profile as their 2nd line of fringes rates...

Prevent another CPR from being submitted if one is already marked as Final
final marked cpr still lets you post next cprs...pls block for the next cpr if already marked as final ...

Retro files
When we have a retro XML file, I should be able to click edit and upload that file to that week ending date and the file should adjust accordingly. We have 100s of retros per week and we have to enter them manually when we have the corrected file.

Send notices directly from the certify page.
I know right now the system saves your spot when you leave the certification page to send a admin notice. But if there was a way to send a new notice directly from the certification page.

Certified Payroll Report for Non-Performing Week - "supervise" spelled incorrectly
Just a suggestion.....Certified Payroll Report for Non-Performing Week needs to be corrected to say "supervise" in part (1). It is currently spelled incorrectly.

Explain how to correct the Certification of Compliance page such as the Fringe Boxes a & b
After a payroll report is rejected because the fringe boxes a & b on the Certification of Compliance page are incorrectly checked or unchecked, please send out a training document on how contractors are supposed to correct the rejected payroll report and resubmit.
It is a common occurrence but LCP Tracker does not provide training on correcting the information.
Because there is no information in your training materials, we have to delete the report and start all over- and it wastes alot of time.3 votes -
Transfer payroll if wrong week end date
I think it would be great to allow to have contractors transfer all payroll and documents submitted under a wrong number to just be able to transfer to correct number without the entire deleting and re-entering process

Adding a search bar
There should be a search bar at the top. Rather than clicking through a bunch of tabs and drop downs, the search bar could be used to find reports or other features faster.

Change color of Sub when complete
Being able to change the color or make a box that gets checked on the home screen. So when the sub is complete and you don't need anything further you can change the color or check the box so you don't have to go through all the records to find their final payroll.

Multiple CPR Selections
We should be able to delete multiple CPR, change status (i.e. Permit Edit) and print multiple CPRs rather than doing everything individually.

Sending automatic Admin Notices to contractors with late CPRs
Late notices should be sent automatically. Or at least have the option to have late notices sent automatically.

Name and Title should auto fill when I am certifying the payroll. I am logged in with my user name and secure password.

Monthly Documents
For Documents that are required monthly (Union Status Letters, Trust Fund Reports, Skilled Workforce Reports, etc.) they should be a month/year field

uploading payroll to another account
uploading payroll from one account to another account in lcptracker by uploading the file (like in lcp certified).
I had a contractor change labor compliance companies in the middle of a project (but both needed to be uploaded to LCPTracker). There was no way to upload payroll to another account and I definitely didn't want to upload it manually. I had to re-enter all my payrolls. I guess uploading payrolls by file is only a feature on LCP Certified.

Create an employee data base
Create an employee data base so when an employee is entered, we can choose that employee from the data base and their classification for multiple projects. All of their fringes, apprentice certificate information and deduction notes follow the employee on all projects.

Merge multiple profiles
I have 3 profiles (users- katier@totaltc.com, 1018669, & 4159630427) . I wish I was able to have 1 login and switch the correct portal
