A button on the Pending Assignments that would prompt for data to come over from B2GNow.
Our system uses both LCPTracker and B2GNow, and we set up contracts and their contractors/subcontractors in B2GNow, which sends the relevant info over to LCPtracker. In most cases, and without apparent regard to how quickly we complete the approval process in LCPtracker, the companies do not appear on the Pending Assignments page until we go to "Add/Edit Contractors" and click on "Show Pending List," which nudges LCPTracker to check for incoming data. A bulk "Revalidate" button that applies to an entire certified payroll.
A common experience for my office is that a company will provide OSHA-10 certifications for our review/approval after they have submitted a certified payroll, This can also be true of Apprenticeship Agreements. Because some of these documents are not valid or are incomplete, we do not allow companies to validate either, but leave that for our review. As a result, we may have many notices of the same nature that, once information in the Employee Records has been updated, will clear with a click... for each employee... of the "Revalidate" button. Verify Account Set Up
I have had other people set up a whole new LCP Tracker account for my company with our contact details, but it was an old email address. How can somebody else set up an account on our behalf without our knowledge? I had to figure it out by finally someone calling to tell someone about delinquent payroll and getting them to tell me the email associated with the account which they did not want to disclose to me. Please have verification to confirm the account setting up is actually wanted and needed. I already had an account under our number…

Apprentice Approvals Feature Expansion
The Apprentice Approvals should expand to have a checkbox for "Completed" & "Ended" apprentices.
There should be a drop down box for the apprentice trade so that when an Administrator approves an apprentice for a particular trade per the certificate, they are not able to certify a record for another trade. For example, the apprentice is a Cement Mason Apprentice, when certifying they classified them as a Laborer apprentice, this would in turn create a notice and block them from certifying.3 votes -
LCP Tracker Replies
The replies from Contractors to the Administrator due to rejection should go to the Project Contact that is entered in the Project Set-up NOT go to the e-mail address of the user that is signed in.

DIR Wage Decision & DIR Project ID on "Projects" Tab
The DIR Wage Decision & DIR Project ID should be reflected on the "Projects" tab for Contractors - this is entered into the set-up page why are Contractors not able to obtain this information?

Fringe Benefit Maintenance Feature Expansion
It would be helpful if the system could create a PDF Fringe Benefit Statement from the fringes entered into the Fringe Benefit Maintenance section. This would reduce the amount of rejections of FBS's & CPR's when the documents would match each other.

eDocument Feature Expansion for Administrators
I would like to have a "Pending" option rather than just "Accept" & "Reject" and have the process status drop down menu next to the document like on the Certifications page rather than having to enter into separate screen.

Remove Fringe Benefit Input Under Employee Set-up
Administrators have more payroll errors when the fringe benefits are set up under the worker rather than using the fringe benefit maintenance feature; this is due to increases and missed workers with the increase. Removing the ability to set up the fringes under employee set up will require contractors to either manually enter each contribution while creating a record or use the fringe benefit maintenance feature.

Be able to select a project from the Projects Tab
It is silly that we are NOT able to select a project and view/edit it from the Projects tab. Instead we have to to the Setup tab and then select add/edit projects. Just bad work flow. Make the Projects tab useful and not just a static screen.

To be able to do the math in a field
Under where it says "Gross Employee Pay This Project (Usually No Fringes)" and also in the benefits section, it would be nice to be able to do the math in the field and not on a calculator and then input it.

Ability to Resolve Multiple Notices/Violations
The system should have the ability to resolve multiple notices on the "violations" tab.
Currently if there are notices, you need to resolve and/or delete one by one. It would be better and much more time efficient to have the ability to resolve multiple Notices by being able to select multiple Violations based on Project and/or Contractor. We have some projects with over 2,000 notices and the system currently is not user friendly. Each notice has to be individually resolved and/or addressed.

Notice for Other Deduction Notes when there are no other deductions
When a deduction note is entered in the master file, but there is a week that deduction is not deducted, LCPtracker should create a notice so that the Deduction note can be removed from the actual record. Right now, the default note from the employee master populates even when there are no "other" deductions.

Require sub approval before admin deletes their payroll
An administrator or contractor should not be able to arbitrarily delete a lower tier's payroll without the permission of the lower tier. If this is done in error there is no recourse and the lower tier has no other option than re-entering the data.
