Edit Document Type for uploaded documents
We need to be able to reclassify documents that are uploaded. A lot of the time we upload a document under the wrong group and instead of have to upload again we should be able to change it.

Highlight the field that needs to be edited for Notices or missing information
ON NOTICES - PLEASE HI-LITE THE FIELD IN QUESTION - NOT EASY TO FIND !!!
AND GIVE EXAMPLES OF CERTAIN FIELDS THAT RELATE TO FRINGE PAYMENTS OR WAGE AMOUNTS WITH OR WITHOUT FRINGE.

Can we eliminate the 2nd confirmation of if we had subs or not?
Can't there be a function of set up that eliminates the 2nd certification of if we have subs or not? For instance, if I say in set up that I will have no subs, it shouldn't go to that 2nd certification page. Too much time wasted! If we do have subs, why is the question not just included where we verify ALL the information each time?

Contractor Contact Info (Email Address/Phone Number) on CPR Certification Status Details Page
It would be nice to have the contractor email address / phone number populate on the 'CPR Certification Status Details' page so I don't have to click into the CPR PDF to get their contact information.

Rejection Notice Closure
Historically, when I changed a certified payroll's Accept Status to 'Accept', it would close any open rejection notice. Now, the system no longer does this. The rejection notices are staying open after accepting payroll. Now, when I select the Accept Status as 'Reviewed', it closes the rejection notice. I do not think the rejection notices should close unless the payroll is 'Accepted'.

Add/Edit Project Wage Data - Allow Changes to Multiple Classifications
When I am using Add/Edit Project wage data, I have to go in and individually change each classification's effective and expiration date. This is very tedious on projects with a lot of classifications assigned. We have to edit these dates when we set the project up and every year for the wage annivesaries. It would be nice to be able to change effective and expiration dates all at once, rather than classification by classification. I see there are already fields for effective/expiration dates for each wage determination, but each individual project has different effective / expiration dates assigned and I…

Certified Payroll submissions should always populate most recent first
Anytime you load certified payroll submissions, the most recent week end date submitted should populate at the top of the list. Currently, the oldest date submitted is populating at the top of the list.

Checkbox "do not show this again" for LCPtracker office closure / updates notice
When LCP tracker puts out a notice of office closure or LCP tracker updates, make a check box that has "please do not show me this again".

Notice / Validation for Unsupervised Apprentices
When an apprentice is not supervised there should be a notice prior to being able to certify payroll.

Email notification to admins when CPRs are submitted
Provide a daily email notification to engineering staff on projects of payrolls that have been submitted by the contractor but have not been approved yet. This reminder would help engineering staff know when new payrolls are available or payrolls still need to be approved.

Report before posting CPR
When adding several weeks of CP it would be nice if we had a report that listed everything I just put in. It would make it much easier when your putting in multiple employees to verify before you basically post your labor. If that report is on here, I haven't found it. The report needs to allow several weeks or months of entries. Too much time wasted running a week or two.

Viewing of all assigned projects on one page.
Please allow the viewing of all assigned projects on one page, or create a specific report, for printing purposes? Once we are assigned a project, I like to keep a printout where I can also hand-write our company's corresponding job number. This isn't possible after the tenth job, at which point the project list on the landing page goes into multiple pages. It would be handy to have a "View All" button, or a specific report that can be run, that will list all project data on one page. Maybe even a report that would also list all contact information…

Add new Employee on same screen as payroll entry
It would be nice that when you start entering logs or payroll that when you have to add an employee you can do it in that screen. This takes too long, automate the program.

MARK FINAL - TRANSFER TO DIR
When you mark a certified report Final in LCP Tracker that it transfers over into the DIR! That way you aren't having to enter reports multiple times.

Remove a notice when corrected
When one corrects a notice, enable the notice to disappear, vs. having to go in and click on each notice. Example, if notice says address needs to be validated, or phone number entered, once I make those changes in the Employee Set Up, the notice should clear. I should not have to go back to the notice screen, and click on the notice, click save, in order to clear. The system should be fluid enough to know I made the correction.

Directly import data from payroll software / automatically update notices when changes are made on another page
Certified payrolls should be able to be directly imported from my payroll software. Having to save the report as a .csv then open with Excel and rename worksheet and re-save report as .xls then go back into LCP to hopefully upload with no errors is not easier than sending paper copies.
Also having to fix notices by going to edit payrolls/save/go to notices again/save/go back to payroll to try to certify.....
There are not clear instructions to be found in the self help areas of LCP... I am not a computer illiterate person, quite the opposite actually, and this is…2 votes -
Filter by DATE SUBMITTED in Certifications tab
From "Certifications" tab, filter payroll by DATE SUBMITTED. This way there will be no gaps in reporting. If the last time I pull reports is on EOD Friday, January 1, 2021, today, January 8, 2021, I want to pull newly submitted reports dated from EOD January 1, 2021 to today. Running reports be WE date does not help when needing to run reports that I do not already have. It also has potential to cause a gap in reporting considering all subs do not submit on the same WE day AND sometimes subs submit reports out of order. This has…
